Hi this is a pretty stupid story so I apolagize now, but I want to know if others have thoughts or dreams like this.
Anyone on this site LOVES PORSCHES just as I do, but most people I meet think that everyone that owns a Porsche is RICH! We ALL know this is not true, but then I start thinking...I read Panorama, and excellence and surf the web all about PORSCHE. And I see where people get this thought, that rich people=Porsches.
I think Porsche owners fall into 2 distinctly different groups, there are those of us who own Porsches and Love them for what they are (us poor guys), and there is the group who knows very little about thier cars(and don't want to know) except that it is a status symbol (rich guys)
I don't want to seem critical of all rich owners, some probably fit into both catagories.
Well this is where my Fantasy takes place, I write a letter (like this one
) to all the Porsche magazines that I read, and talk about my life and my love of these cars, and all the Richer Porsche lovers take pity on me and help me by either giving me parts to fix mine or sending me cash. If even half of those readers sent me $10, I'd have my car done!
But This part is a dream that I actually had last night, which prompted this post I was driving my car, which is a 77 Targa, and I was stopped at a gas station, when a man walked over to me and started talking, then all the sudden he told me that he wanted to give me the money to make my car "the car of my dreams", I can still see the completed car in my head. It was finished in my dream. I told you that I love these Cars, I really stay up at night just thinking and dreaming, am I weird.
My wish is that we all meet our own Rich Sponsor, and live happily ever after riding off into the sunset, especially Warren, he deserves it more than anyone for all his help.
