Very true. She's pissing on your head and telling you it's raining.
It's not really the chickens fault so harming/killing them while easy and possibly satisfying is not really right and may get you in trouble with the law.
I vote for scooping the poop and giving it back to her.
Or try this, next time the chickens come back round up a couple of the easier ones to recognize, hide them somewhere, go to the market and get some "fresh" kills and drop them of with a note.
Don't worry about pissing her off, she obviously could care less about you and has no respect for you whatsoever.
