Your analogy of your situation and that of others in this thread is flawed. If Jay acted as people in that thread have stated, he was acting as the business Partworks and there is specific recourse available against that business. If Jared acted as you have stated in this thread, he was acting as a private individual and not speaking for/acting as the entity Pelican Parts.

You obviously feel that Jared's use of his Pelican email address automagically means that Pelican must make good on his own personal dealings. I do not think that is legally (nor morally) correct.

If you want Pelican's official stance on this situation, you will need to talk to Wayne. He is the boss-man; the buck stops with him. Phone him; he literally gets thousands of emails every day and it is sadly easy for individual messages to get lost in the clutter.

you can believe your version of the truth Dave, I KNOW what happend there. I posted this here because it seemed to me to be the "allowed " thing to do. What do you propose I do? this is principal, what is good for the goose, is good for the pelican isn't it?
