That is how The Trump keeps in business with his oversized ugly buildings.. 90% of the apartments are really not lived in - just a pad in NYC for the wealthy from around the world.. Even the storied Plaza Hotel is going condo. Tourism is the only thing feeding this tax-hungry beast. Keep'em coming and off my back..
