Maybe because CS still makes them? Sorta like selling Coca-Cola replica soft drink. The suits will be on you so fast, you'll need a drink. :-)
CS is still alive and kicking. BTW, he just signed a licensing agreement with a company that manufactures replica Cobras; this after sueing said company for copyright and/or trademark infringement. I guess he can be had for a price.
