Ok, maybe I'm just going looney, but I remember seeing a movie maybe 15-20 years ago about some loser-turned-superhero who got around in some fancy car and had a pair of home-made wings that didn't work too well. What? Oh, yeah--the gang of bad guys drove a small fleet of black (dark blue?) 911's. I think the movie was named "The Condor" or "Albatross" or something along those lines. Anyone else out there have better memory than me? I checked out
