Does the temperature ever change, or is it always fixed at -37?

I don't know if this applies, and given that there are few of you experiencing the same problem, maybe not, but I had a similar issue on my wife's Town&Country. Replaced the sensor and the temp was still way off (and fixed). I ended up tracing the wiring and found a break in one of the wires so there was an open circuit (infinite resistance). Fixed that and it's been working fine ever since.

If you have the Bentley manual, trace the wiring diagram for the sensor to see if there is a connector along the way. Perhaps the contacts are a bit corroded and any little variation in resistance will show up as a big temperature change.
