You did not say if you have replaced anything like Brake lines or caliper rebuild.
Assuming you did not I would remove the bleeder screw and check the bottom of it
if the car has been sitting that long it can rust over not allowing fluid out. If the rubber brake lines have not been replaced the insides can swell shut...
