One of the problems here is that there are many people who aren't all that concerned that some doors will never be opened for them. I mean, as long as people on the "inside" are handing "free stuff" such as tax-payer sponsored medical care out the walk-up windows, these people have no reason to have the doors opened.
Just my opinion, YMMV.
