They aren't too difficult - you will definately need some means of getting the car up in the air a bit though.
The connectors for the sensors are up in the engine compartment - on either side at the front of the engine (rear of the car) they are large, rectangular connectors.
Undo the connector, and push the rubber grommet through thh engine tin - then go under the car and remove the sensor - you will need a 22mm wrench to remove it. You will probably need some sort of penetrating oil to break through the corrosion. (PB Blaster works well)
Do not use anything containing silicone around the oxygen sensor.
