Just a thought.

I was wondering how long it would take for the second guessers to crawl out from under their rocks

. What took you so long?
Re: the permission-I was surprised too. I wasn't chasing. They asked me how fast they were going. I paced them up to 90 and was then told to back off. Would I lie to impress you? Not likely.
Re: 90 in a minivan. I don't know where you live, but if I'm going 75 during my commute, I'm getting passed all morning. I routinely cruise along at 80-85 and somehow, in the 20 years I've driven minivans, I've managed to not have one accident OR get a speeding ticket. A short creep up to 90 is child's play in a minivan. In this case it was me and the "crazed perp(no "r")etrators"-no one else.
Re: emergency manuevers. Now try very hard to envision an Interstate. Usually 4-6 lanes wide, straight, and generally in good shape with excellent visibility. Unless a plane crashed in front of me, emergency manuevers are not likely. A deer? Guess what Einstein-you don't swerve to avoid them.
Thanks for playing.
