It is a US Navy Reserve Patrol Aircraft Squadron based in New Orleans, LA. They fly the Lockheed P-3
Orion aircraft, which is a land-based, long range platform developed mostly for ASW (anti-submarine warfare).
VP-94 squadron members are informally known as "Crawfishers" and in the logo, look near the bottom and you'll see the, um, "mighty" crawfish snapping a submarine in half.
