I am a bit confused by your descrition of a noise from the front end, but loose nuts & bolts that sound like rear trailing arm problems!
If it is the adjustment bolts on the rear trailing arms, the answer is that they were NOT torqued to the proper spec!!! I have done adjustments on my cars' trailing arms several times, and they never came loose! However, I do double-check the bolts after each wheel alignment, especially from a shop, and I recommend everyone else do the same!
