Everyone has already mentioned exercise. What's missing is fun. To make your pending health changes stick it has to be fun otherwise you'll quit on the first excuse. Find something you like to do, running, MX, basketball, etc... and concentrate on doing that. The key is develop a healthy active lifestyle. The weight will fall in line. I know more than a few people, me included, who decided to start running before work each morning. Getting up at O-dark thirty grew tiresome quick and I stopped. Now I run at lunchtime or after wook. Make your changes reasonable and fun. That's what I recommend.
