The 'Large Vise + Big/Little Socket Method' works great with out potentially damaging your lungs!
Big socket is large enough for the pin to go into, and little socket is smaller than the OD of the pin ... the 'sandwitch' of the little socket + coupler + big socket necessitates a 'BIG' vise with 5" - 6" opening between the jaws. Once you get the 'sandwitch' lined up properly ... the pin comes out in a couple of minutes without damage to the coupler body.
