Once again it's the old "Speed kills" argument. As fallacious now as it was 50 years ago.
Irresponsible speed kills.
NHTSA should lobby for a nationwide ban on cell phone use while driving, handsfree or otherwise. More than a few studies have shown that a driver operating a phone has the reaction time of a person intoxicated above the legal limit.
Then again, I just did a 600 mile trip and didn't even listen to the radio.
