Yeah - former atheist here. I can assure you that being told you will go to hell (a place you believe doesn't exists) is not exactly a great motivator.
A "Presidential Prayer Team" is putting your faith out there... along with your political view.
Not necessarily a bad thing, IMHO - it might depend on your intent. If your intent is to make it look like you pray a lot, then go ahead - make like a Pharisee. If its to show you support Bush or are Christian, no big deal as far as I am concerned.
