I never thought I'd say I'd agree to anything off of a website called antiwar.com, but I agree that there is too much foreign welfare going around. I'm not sure what goes into the build of an embassy given the communications, security, support, and logistics that would go into such a design, so I can't say much about that figure. There is also way to much corporate welfare and wasted money on bogus programs here at home too. I guess that is the liberterian in me
