Doesn't the term "mainlining" refer to intervenious injection? 'Roids are not water based. they can not be injected into the vein. The solution is much too thick and requires a much larger gauge syringe..They are shot deep into the thick muscle tissue and absorbed from there. That is why is goes in the butt cheek and not in the arm.
