Well, it's been a little over a week now and the overall sentiment is amazing. I remember waking up that morning with a general bad attitude for whatever reason and decided to take it out on my motorcycle. Not a good attitude for blasting out of the garage at 7:30 am with the intent of seeing how fast I could get up the 154. Anyway, I logged on to check the forum, something I never do in the mornings, and found this thread. Whew. Left the garage at a somewhat more reasonable pace and backed off a notch or two on the plan and had a good ride. Thanks.

I only rode with Shannon and the group for part of one day on his California trip and had a good ride then, too.

He was obviously one the good guys.
