Turn off the evening news and you'll feel much better.
I used to watch our "5pm-piss-and-moan-the-world-is-ending" news broadcast every evening and I'd invariably be pissed off the rest of the night.
Now, from 5-6pm I roughhouse with my 3 and 5 year old boys.
No more pissed off Daddy. Bruised and beaten, but not pissed.
