That's just blatantly false.

Delay's father didn't have a fully functioning brain. And Tom Delay certainly didn't pull the plug due to the burden in his old age - he was a young-ish man at that time. For that matter, it wasn't a "burden" on any of the Delay family, as they were wealthy. Also, it was a unanimous decision by the entire family.

There are some similarities, like that they suspended life support on a family member - I guess that's enough for some leftist wackos to call Delay a hypocrite, 'cause they are.

But, in 1979 his farther was in a coma, had breathing equipment, intravenous lines, etc. and there was no question he would ever recover. He certainly didn't follow balloons around the room with his eyes (but that's a minor point and not really worthy of response). HARDLY the same thing.
