Hearing those kind of tapes gets my blood boiling.... WOW I can't believe that the operator didn't hang up on her, I'm sure that there were probably more pressing emergencies to deal w/instead of the hamburger emergency.
They probably should have sent a cop out there ....but to cite her for calling 911 w/o an emergency.
