There is one little problem w/ this from an urban myth perspective: This was not a 911 call.

There is no question that she is talking to a Police officer, but she must have called on a non-emergency number. 911 operators answer with, "911 emergency, what is the emergency that you are reporting?", and then transfer you to either the FD/paramedics or appropriate LE agency for your location. This idiot lady would have never gotten past the 911 operator to the PD or Sheriff's station. Unfortunately, one of the 911 operator's main jobs is to "filter" the real emergency calls from the countless bonehead requests everyday that plug up the system, this call would be in the "Hall of Shame" for most ridiculous call of the week. She would get a severe tongue lashing at best from a 911 operator in CA., and no service whatsoever.

Doesn't change the fact of what a moron she is, but it is not an emergency call. If you listen to the first words, the (authority person) answers w/ "desk sargaent", or something.
