This one just went up for sale around the corner from us. The house is 1450 sq feet, corner lot - but tiny at 4500sq feet priced at $588K with a fairly busy street on one side.
We bought our house a little farther up the hill for $465k four years ago (or was that five? I guess I am getting old) and with 2800 sq ft would probably sell today for $700k - $750k (or $1.1M using the square footage price above

).
Still waiting for that bubble to burst.........
