A good machine shop will know what to do. They may charge you a bit more since they have to grind 2 surfaces (they call it a step flywheel since they machine the surface where the press plate is mounted as well) plus they have to remove the alignment pins to surface the step.
All 914 4 cylinder flywheels are the same, so find your best one and have it machined.
