Yeah Bryan, right you are. I mean, if you think about it, there's just no way that humans with obscene incomes and asset holdings, and who have access to the power brokers in Washington DC, would ever think of considering the potential impact that public policy decisions have on their holdings, and certainly would refrain from influencing public policy that impacts them. No way. You're right, someone would have to be looney to think that people in power might do something like that. No, the people in power are certainly wealthy, but I'm sure they work very hard to avoid influencing the decisions that impact them...because they are completely ethical and that would be unfair. Your wisdom certainly shows when you berate someone like Thom for suggesting that these people might act in their own self-interest. That could never happen.
