Hey everybody,

Hope the spring is going well for everyone.

I was talking to Lubemaster77, he suggested I solicit the advice of the board. It seemed like a good idea...

So, today, my friend borrowed my girlfriend's car and he got the boot while parked in a tow zone (good friend huh? - hahaha). Well, to make a long story short, after a little bit of effort (and the help of a 7" angle grinder - hahahaa), the boot is off.

Now here's the question, what is going to happen when she needs to register the car? Are there any other sort of implications she might face (I know the sticker says there's all kinds of trouble but so does the sticker on a mattress - ya' know)? Has anyone else on this board heard/done anything like this?

What am I lookin' at fellas?
