Looks like a house doesn't it?
I bought this on December 31st. Its now my place of business for my land surveying company. In September I lost my rented office to the Hurricanes. We got 2 of the 4 here on the east coast of Florida both eyes passing where I live.
My landlord was dragging his feet getting things fixed. I found a 15x30 room to set up a temporary office in then went to looking for a new space. None was to be found. I was lamenting to a Realtor/Client that I need to find something. He suggested a house along a commercial corridor. One hour later he found this house listed. We looked at it and I bought it. No joke, 4 months later I can make 100K off of this house. The seller had no clue what he was sitting on.
So now I own my building, no more landlord. Hurricane shutters go on in 3 weeks and a generator is being ordered.
Land Surveying, its a sucky business high liability and fees that do not reflect it.
