I also have done business with IAuto. One order was for APR rodbolts. They sent stock 930 units at a similar price. I returned them and purchased APR units from APR. It took a couple of months but I got a refund for the 930 bolts. Refunds and returns are not something any business wants to deal with, but they should. It usually costs them future business.
As for the 930 cooler - many 930 owners update their coolers so there are a lot of stock units out there with the proper bracketry. I'd try that for cheap first.
