Where are you mounting the 36-1 trigger wheel and sensor? Clewitt Engineering makes a bracket to hold a sensor that's bolted to the back of main crank pulley in front.
Don't forget you'll also need a variable-position TPS. A cheapo GM unit would work, but the Bosch 951 piece would be better.
Personally, I wouldn't just replaced the bad speed/ref. sensor that you had and installed a MAF with matching chip. Pick a MAF with sufficent CFM range for the boost you'll be runing, then program the chips to match. The stock system with a 12x12 map has higher resolution than the MS system...
