Very nice, if you move out into the sticks in central KS, it'll be half that! Of course, you won't have, uh, trees, hills, you get the picture. Oh yeah, get the hell out of the house, remember the cliche real estate saying, location, location, location, don't lose your ass because of yours.
Top house is nice, bottom house is beautiful, I love the cabin look.
