G9Girl is ready to move out of my apartment and into real office space. Because we plan on growing substantially by the end of the year, going from 4 people to something like 15, we need either something temporary (no long-term lease) or something we can grow into.

We don't need anything nice or spendy, in fact "grassroots" fits with our company culture and just 500 to 750 square feet of loft space would suit us very well for the summer.

Anyone have any leads? Any dead space in your building/company?

only requisite is that it be in a safe neighborhood as we will have pre-teens and college women interns coming and going.
