The Eastwood materials are easier to use than the POR-15. Get POR-15 on yourself (and you will), it's not coming off. I have found both products to work well for different applications. If you can scuff up the surface to be painted , I lean toward the POR-15...very tough when dried, but it dries with a smooth surface that makes topcoat painting difficult. The Eastwood rust paint sprays or brushes on very easily, but can scratch through. I have primed and painted directly on top of the Eastwood paint without any bleed through. You can also spray the Eastwood paint out of your gun by thinning...not sure about POR-15.
