I found quite a few in my town/village/township. We live in a small town but the zip code includes some rather crappy areas. I agree that they should designate whether or not the offense was directed toward a child.
My wife is very protective of our little guy but I don't want to be so afraid to let him be a boy. Only one name on the list in our area mentioned children and it was a woman. I don't in any way condone violence against women but having a 17 year old GF when you are 18 is a very different situation than being a sick MFing criminal.
Sorry about that, but this subject just pi$$es me off to no end.
