What exactly seperates these 'good guns' from the 'assault weapons' of which you speak.
Are you even aware that a good hunting rifle can shoot out deadly bullets just as quickly and as far as an 'assault weapon' can?
I guess statements like the one above show that if you slap a nasty sounding name on an item and demonize it enough you can get a lot of people to rally against it.
