Legacy GT or Forester XT get my vote! 210HP for the Forester, or 250 for the Legacy. Cliff, now we have to think this through, when you guys are together YOU will probably be driving, and since she's a woman and probably doesn't care all that much about cars, what would YOU have the most fun with? Then, sell her on that! Oh, and if you like her and think you may get married someday, then it won't be just hers. C&D called the Forester XT basically the ultimate sleeper car, I think they tested it 0-60 in less than 6 sec, and great handling for a taller car. Legacy in my opinion is a pretty classy looking sedan, but I've always been a sucker for the Subies.
