These days everyone is a CISCO distributor, including Telcos. VoIP systems are being given away ($$$$) inorder to gain a foot in the door. CCIEs yep, many more in existence from a few years ago...dont forget that many "Technical Trade Schools" offer certification/training on these products. Folks are lured into the 4-year program with hefty student loans. Statements imply that 6-figures are common, when in reality these are few and far between...supply and demand.
Once large Enterprise business is on track, then expect a heavy concentrated marketing effort on SME accounts...
