I should be able to stop by this weekend. The car drives just fine, starting it is the problem. I'll give you a call or e-mail.
You're right that the injectors should only fire when the plate is pushed down (turbos push down, N/A cars push up). I was thinking that constant pressure from the fuel system might force the issue, running both fuel pumps with the engine off just doesn't sound like a good idea.
