Ok tonight I'm going to have a look at removing my tensioners, idler arms and cam gears providing that I can fabricate a good flywheel lock.

I've read through my manuals and can't seem to find a good description of how to remove the hydraulic tensioners. There is one nut that holds them on that I can see but it just dosen't seem right to "pry" on them until they come out off of the idler arm.
How is this supposed to be done?
