At the Porsche dealer parts counter recently, a guy was sadly holding a carrera tensioner from which a little chack-valve BeeBee had fallen. Replacement BeeBees and (I think) a little ratainer are not available. He ordered a new tensioner.
He said it came out REALLY EASY. It sits at the top of the tensionerm like the piston only on the other side. Be careful.
Otherwise, I'd agree that from here, you just unbolt parts.
