Hate to admit it, but you're right ('cept they were younger, not older). Had to cut this one loose because of the constant "you should buy a [bigger house|newer car|bigger TV|(biggerbetterfastermoreexpensive toy here)" - this from someone who @ 22 was almost $40k in debt. But not before knocking the bottom out of for several months
She worked at the loan department at my bank, and when I called to get a personal loan for a 930 I was looking at buying (got the loan, couldn't agree on a price for the 930). When we got to the 'income' portion of the phone application process (pre dot-com bust) she was all over me like white on rice. Fish in a barrel when she thought she'd found a sugar daddy. Then again, she was willing to put on a swimsuit and wash my 911...
