I know that a couple years ago I found a website that would give you free sales info for your area. I am considerering a refi and would like to see comps. Now I can find them but they all want me to pay or register to talk to a lender/agent, blah blah. Anyone have advice here?

Also, is there a website that ballparks real estate appreciation/depreciation for given areas for given years?
