Regarding female managers, yes, there's definitely some sort of pre-disposition to being an outright b!tch. You will hear this from
women who work for them as well.
In environments where I've worked with women managers, the only guys who seem to do well - and I by 'well' I mean not constantly getting their asses chewed - are those who are meek, passive and don't show a shred of initiative.
