So, that woudl move them outward about 1/2" plus 21mm. That's at least 1.3 inches. I'm thinking that 1" spacers will not be a problem. My rear axle has PLENTY of negative camber, so I'm still thinking that 1" is no gamble for me.
I suspect that the 1/4" in front is more likely to give problems.
