From how I understand it - and how most people like her get their own reality show, movie roles and overall attention, is Paris Hilton was recognized at some event, her name got around, and that was that. Lifestyles of the young and rich and very famous is the result.

Do I like her? Can't tell you. I don't even know what the girl looks like, to be honest, which is the worst insult to any of these rich and famous sorts, particularly the young and insecure ones. To not be recognized or ignored devestates them.
