For any year 914/4:
Green/black is for the oil temp sender....Always.
Green/red is for the oil pressure...Always.
On the 2.0L cars I have seen the ground lug attached to the rearmost throttle body bolt on the plenum...works well becasue the plenum is grounded through its attachment bolts, but I dont know about the 1.7L cars. Any bolt connected to the engine case or chassis should work.
