Well Drago, that newspaper cliping just about tells the story.
I will disagree, however, about the larger fish being too tough or wormy. We froze the fillets from that 35 pounder which were later sliced up and made grilled fish tacos for about 40 people. The night we caught that fish, my wife baked the frame and head which made heaping plates of fish for four and the stock and remaining meat made chowder for another meal for four. These guys are just about all meat and teeth.
