does that bolt holding the grounds on have on a nut on the other side under the throttle body?. i'm thinking there could be since it won't tighten or untighten.

so dave your saying i probably don't have anything to hook that wire too right?? i didn't really see anything to plug it into except for one of the terminals on the coil.
