We've had Grandpa hammer in the family for 150 years - only replaced the head twice and the handle three times.
My bet is the front half and the back half of this car didn't meet at the factory. As for the other parts...the dash, door handles, rear glass (as opposed to soft window) could have changed over time and bit by bit.
But if it's got a title, and your state doesn't require an extensive visual inspection, who cares what it started as. Make it what you want it to be.
